Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition

Return Process

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return request

  • Photos of the item (if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide detailed return instructions if your request is approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to complete the refund transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item and its packaging. If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure outlined in this policy.
